"Within 6 weeks I delegated the project I thought only I could do. My Tuesdays are mine again."
- James, Managing Director

Does this sound familiar?
It's 6:47am. You've done your morning yoga in an attempt to relieve the stress you already feel. Your meditation app sends a reminder — but you're already in your emails. You dismiss it. Again.
You move through the day from meetings to calls without a breath in between. You lead a team. You're responsible for a P&L. You make decisions that impact people's livelihoods. But at the end of the day you delay going home because the transition from "leader you" to "home you" feels like changing costumes backstage between acts.
Your chest is tight. Your jaw is clenched. Your shoulders are near your ears. You haven't taken a full breath since being on your mat this morning.
You know there's a different way. You practice yoga. You've been to the retreat. You have the apps, the books, the podcasts. But that version of you — the one who breathes, who's present — lives somewhere separate from the leader you show up as every day.
You're exhausted from maintaining two identities.
Here's What No One Tells You

You're not failing at integration. You were never taught that leadership and presence could coexist.
Every business book taught you: push harder, optimise more. Every spiritual teacher taught you: slow down, let go. You're living in both worlds — and the dissonance is tearing you apart.
The retreat gives you three days of peace. Then you're back running on adrenaline by Tuesday.
This isn't about adding more practices. It's about stopping the split at the source.
What if presence wasn't something you did before work — but how you lead?
The Split You're Living
You're on a Zoom call. Someone's talking. You're nodding. But you're also mentally drafting the email you need to send, wondering if you responded to that Slack message, noticing your lower back aching from sitting too long. You haven't actually heard anything said in the last three minutes.
You've learned so much about nervous system regulation, embodied leadership, conscious communication. But the moment pressure hits? You default to the old pattern: push through, override the body signal, manage it alone, stay in control.
The body keeps score:
-
Tight chest during back-to-backs
-
Shallow breathing you don't notice until someone points it out
-
Jaw clenched by 10am
-
Shoulders living near your ears
-
That low-grade anxiety that never fully leaves
You're not broken. You're not burnt out (yet).
But you're running two parallel operating systems—and the friction between them is costing you everything the success was supposed to give you.

Your next level isn't external...
it's internal

Where ancient wisdom meets modern-day practicality. Where structure meets flow. Where ambition is honoured — and held.

What Actually Changes...
Same ambition. Different energy. More sustainable results!
Weeks 1–4: You stop dismissing the meditation reminder. You actually sit — not because you should, but because your nervous system starts craving regulation the way it used to crave coffee. The tightness in your chest loosens.
Months 2–3: You're in a heated board meeting. Someone challenges your decision. Instead of defending from urgency, you pause. Full breath. You respond instead of react. Your team notices. The energy in the room shifts.
Months 4–6: You build white space into your week. You delegate the thing you've been holding. Your team becomes more capable because you're no longer the bottleneck.
Months 7–12: The split is gone. The person who meditates at 6am is the same person who facilitates the difficult conversation at 2pm. Your presence becomes your competitive advantage. Success doesn't cost you your health anymore.
8 Habits of a Conscious Leader
Where Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern-day Leadership
This isn't yoga philosophy dressed up as business tactics. It's a practical framework that integrates yogic principles into how you make decisions, set boundaries, delegate, and lead under pressure.
-
Instead of reactive leadership → You pause, breathe, respond from clarity
-
Instead of carrying everything → You delegate with trust and build capable teams
-
Instead of urgency as default → You create from intention and aligned action
-
Instead of ignoring body signals → You use somatic awareness as strategic intelligence
-
Instead of pushing through → You lead from sustainable energy that compounds
Your integration path inside ILLUMINATE:
-
Holistic Wellbeing Foundations — mind, body, spirit made actionable
-
BEING — consistent seated practice that steadies your nervous system
-
8 Habits of a Conscious Leader — applied to real decisions, real meetings, real pressure
-
Find Your Why — North Star alignment so success feels meaningful
The habits don't add to your workload. They transform how you work.
You're Ready If...
-
You're 40+ and you've built something real — but you're done with success that costs you your health
-
You lead a 6–7 figure business or a team of 5+, and you're tired of holding it all alone
-
You've been to the retreat, read the books, have the apps — but that version of you still feels separate from the leader who shows up Monday morning
-
You're ready to close the gap between "aware you" and "work you"
-
You'll commit to 20 minutes of daily practice — not as another to-do, but as the thing that makes everything else sustainable
This WON'T work if…
✗You want business tactics without the inner work (there are other programs for that)
✗ You're in acute burnout and need recovery first (this is integration, not rescue)
✗ You want inspiration without actually practicing (transformation requires showing up daily)
✗ You're waiting to 'have more time' before starting (spoiler: you never will—that's the point)
✗ You believe pushing harder is the only way and you're not willing to experiment with a different approach
My Story
For 20 years, I thrived in fashion — rising to Vice President at a major brand. On the outside: successful. Inside: burnt out, unwell, splitting myself in half every single day.
The moment everything changed: I was at an Exec Off-Site across London with a late Eurostar to Paris that evening to share restructuring plans. My chronic immune issue was flaring up. I found myself in the bathroom calling the doctor, exhausted, jaw locked, neck seized. I ignored the doctor's advice and got on the Eurostar.
The next morning I rolled out my yoga mat in the hotel room — and instead of practising, I cried. Not because I was broken. Because I finally admitted: the way I was living and leading was costing me everything the success was supposed to give me.
That's when I stopped performing consciousness on weekends and started integrating it into how I led every day. Yoga became my grounding practice that centred me. Meditation became a sacred ritual that unlocked clearer decisions. Breathwork became how I regulated under pressure. Presence became how I worked.
Now I create the container I desperately needed then.

The Real Question: What's it costing you to keep living split? To keep performing presence on retreats while running on adrenaline at work? To know what you need but never actually integrate it?
That's the actual cost of waiting.
'But I Don't Have Time for Daily Practice...'
A client told me the same thing. I asked her how much time she spent in meetings that could have been emails, reviewing work she didn't trust her team with, lying awake at 3am.
Six weeks after joining, she texted: "I just delegated the thing I thought only I could do. I have my Tuesday afternoons back."
You don't have time NOT to do this work.
Some other FAQs
What if I can’t attend live?
All sessions are recorded and added to the library. The support is ongoing, so you can stay in rhythm even when life gets full.
Do I need yoga or meditation experience?
No. Practices are simple, accessible, and designed for everyday life.
Is this a course or a membership?
It’s a continuity container. The teachings are foundational, but the real value is integration, support, and long-term practice.
How much time will this take?
Expect ~2 hours for live sessions + 20 minutes daily practice + community engagement as needed.
I'm NOT burnt out? Is this still for me?
Yes. This is for successful leaders who feel the subtle split and want a more integrated, sustainable way to lead.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a leadership and personal development container with embodied practices and supportive community.

The Invitation...
If you're ready to stop splitting yourself in two
You're reading this because something in you knows. Knows that another year of performing two identities won't make it sustainable. Knows that pushing harder got you here — but it won't get you where you're going.
This is your moment.
Not when you're less busy. Not when you've figured it out.
Now.
Your nervous system will thank you and so will all those you lead!
With presence,
Gret
P.S. What would it be worth to walk into a high-pressure meeting and feel grounded instead of braced? To make a difficult decision from clarity instead of urgency? To go home and actually be present with your family? If that's worth more than £500/month, the decision is already made.
