Exploring your Personality - Tuesday September 16th

Personality is defined as the persistent traits and actions that distinguish each of us as individuals. Utilizing the Enneagram's age-old wisdom, we will identify our fundamental personality type and view the system as a dynamic framework for developing self-awareness. Through a guided movement practice, we will “try on” each of the 9 Enneagram types to understand their energy patterns. This is a great way to understand how you develop and what keeps you stuck, and how you relate to others in your life.

We start the day at 09:30 AM and finish at 5:00 PM.
