Personality shapes how we move through the world—how we think, feel, act, and relate. In this workshop, we draw on the Enneagram Personality System to help you identify your core type and use it as a living map for deeper self-understanding.
In this workshop, we explore the Enneagram as a dynamic tool for growth. Through a guided movement practice, you’ll physically “try on” all nine types, sensing their distinct energy patterns from the inside out. This embodied approach reveals how you naturally grow, where you may feel stuck, and how your patterns shape your relationships. You’ll leave with greater compassion for yourself and others—and a clearer sense of how to move forward with awareness and choice.
