"I would highly recommend Gret’s yoga retreats; this year I actually went on both the January retreat and the May retreat in Sintra. It was my first time away from my family so I was feeling a little bit apprehensive plus I was feeling like I really needed some ‘ME time’, some peace and quiet to rejuvenate and relax.
I loved the morning power yoga, it was a great start to the day (and it feels amazing doing it everyday, you feel your body getting stronger and more flexible each time you practice) and then a different yoga in the evening, plus other fun activities and other guest appearances. And the food was delicious and very healthy (it inspired me to eat better when I returned home)
Both the retreats were different in so many ways, but both were full of lovely ‘like minded’ people, in beautiful settings, there were plenty of ‘Laugh out Loud’ moments, as well as thoughtful, relaxing times and the most important of all I came back home feeling totally relaxed, refreshed and ready to be ‘mum’ again!!!
And I will be rebooking for 2025! Hope to see you there!"

The Main House
The main house, in the heart of the centre holds the restaurant, kitchen and is surrounded by panoramic terraces. The rooms have an outside veranda with undisturbed views of the area and premises. Heating is provided when needed. Price is per person.

The Garden Suites
Single occupancy with en-suite toilet & shower. Suites are below the main house on opposite side of the river. They have verandas with undisturbed views of the area and premises. Heating is provided when needed. Price is per person.
