This includes premium accommodation, all food and drink on-site, twice daily yoga practice and all workshop segments listed.  Light breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be primarily plant-based.  Please let us know of any allergies or special requirements. Use of the pool included.  Massages and other therapies are an extra cost.  

Please note the following is NOT included: Flights and/or ground transport to the retreat centre are NOT included in the cost.  Meals off-site are NOT included in the cost.
