My Story

For nearly twenty years, I thrived in the fast-paced world of fashion, rising to Vice President at a major brand. On the outside, I looked successful. Inside, I was burnt out, unwell, and overwhelmed trying to balance leadership and motherhood.​

What saved me wasn’t another strategy or title —
it was presence.

Through yoga, meditation, and conscious leadership practices, I found resilience, clarity, and energy again. That awakening became the seed of Conscious Working — and now, 8 Habits of a Conscious Leader.
